Stephanie used her extensive knowledge of craft beer working in multiple craft beer bars. She has since parlayed the knowledge she acquired on those jobs managing drunks as a high school teacher. She still knows the BJCP style guide better than you, but grows weary of all of your IPAs, and can usually be found sipping on a Gose.
