Beer: All Together
Brewery: Roadhouse Brewing Co.
There is nothing like a good beer made for a good cause. Beer has been bringing people together for ages. Now suddenly, we all are experiencing a very strange time and faced with so much uncertainty. Our weekends are no longer filled with trips to our favorite breweries to meet up with our drinking buddies. Instead they are comprised of doing video beer chats and describing our beers to each other wishing we could have a taste or leaving a care package of beer on doorsteps of friends and waving at each other through the window. Don’t you miss hugs?! Our community is grateful that a lot of our local watering holes are doing to-go beers. We all know or have friends/family in the hospitality industry being affected by this pandemic. Hopefully, we are all helping where we can.
Personally, I have been shopping local, ordering to go from local restaurants that have remained operational, still getting my coffee from my local coffee shop and getting my growlers filled on weekends from my local brewery stomping grounds. I have tipped more generously in hopes it is helping my friends in the industry.
The idea of this worldwide collaboration of All Together beers is amazing. There are so many breweries collaborating and donating to provide relief to the industry and community. I had the pleasure of enjoying the refreshing and tropical vibes of All Together brewed by Roadhouse Brewing out of Jackson Hole, WY. Easy drinking IPA, I could sip these all day! Roadhouse will be donating a portion of their proceeds from every Roadhouse All Together IPA sale to the One22 Resource Center, a nonprofit organization committed to helping impacted community members.
Let us do our part, support where we can. Take care of each other, weather this storm and be kind because we are all in this together.
Cheers from The Art of Beers!
