Eel River Brewing was kind enough to send us their Clarity Blood Orange & Vanilla Hard Sparkling Water and a bottle of Boldt Genever Gin. They included a recipe for a Genever Gin & Clarity cocktail recipe.
The Blood Orange & Vanilla Clarity is really good by itself, and the addition of the fresh-squeezed blood orange juice and Boldt gin makes a great cocktail.
I don’t have much experience with blood orange. It has a milder, sweeter flavor than a regular orange. It makes a very nice cocktail. You could substitute regular orange juice, but I recommend giving fresh squeezed blood orange juice a try.
