How did your interest in craft beer begin?
My interest in craft beer started when I moved to the PNW from New York almost 4 years ago. It was a hobby I quickly got into when I realized how much craft beer was all around me now. I found myself making sort of an adult scavenger hunt out of finding the closest brewery to me after I completed a hike!
What are your favorite and least favorite beee styles?
My favorite beer style is probably a sour or a saison. But any type of hazy pale ale brewed with citrus is quickly becoming a favorite too! My least favorite would be bourbon barrel scotch ales. Something about them tastes too much like old school cough syrup. Bleh!
If you could drink only 3 beers for the rest of your life what would they be?
- No Boat brewings good kids from Slytherin smoked pineapple sour
- three magnets Blume Blanche white IPA
- Ecliptics Star Party lavender lemon IPA! So amazing.
