This classic American IPA may be the perfect fall beer. Rich malts round this beer out but they take a back seat to the assertive, bitter hops. It has an expertly crafted mix of pine and grapefruit hop flavors. I only wish it was easier to track down in California. I first tried Bell’s Two Hearted on a trip to Indiana a few years ago, and it was the highlight of the trip. It’s been a rare occasion to get my hands on one since, and it’s hard to find an IPA with this kind of balance these days.
