How did your interest in craft beer begin?
I first fell in love with a specific beer (Firestone Walker 805!), but stayed for the creativity, the culture and the community!
What are your favorite and least favorite beer styles?
I’m a woman of many tastes! At the moment, I love Saisons, Porters, and Stouts the most. My least favorite is probably anything too strong on hops, like TIPAs.
If you could only drink three beers for the rest of your life what would they be?
Ohhh wow, this is tough. I would have to say… Fort Myers Brewing Company Peanut Butter Porter, Point Ybel Full Breakfast, and Firestone Walker 805 Honey Blonde. But I hope this never happens.
Tell us about one of your favorite craft beer Instagram accounts.
One of my all-time favorites is Caroline from @glimmerofhop. She is so creative and intelligent and everything she posts is so high quality.
Tell us about your favorite drinking buddy.
My favorite drinking buddy’s name is Austin. We met because of craft beer, and now we pretty much go everywhere together. We’ve both been through a lot and come out stronger on the other side, so we love to just kick back at a brewery and enjoy the little things in life.
Tell us two truths and a lie about yourself.
- I have backpacked Europe by myself.
- I grew up on a working cattle ranch.
- I used to be a competitive roller skater.
