How did your interest in craft beer begin?
Craft breweries started popping up in the town I lived in about 14 years ago, and curiosity got the best of me! I always considered myself a beer drinker from my teenage years in Green Bay, however, my first taste of fresh craft at these new breweries was such an exciting and novel experience!
What are your favorite and least favorite beer styles?
I’d say I’ve been real consistent with my dislike of Belgian Quads and Hefeweizens, but pretty much enjoy everything else. I firmly just enjoy my beers to taste like beer, with IPAs and Lagers being pretty high up on my list of favorites!
If you could only drink three beers for the rest of your life what would they be?
If I had to go with just three styles the rest of my life, I’d stick with a crisp Pilsner, West Coast IPA and Black IPA!
Tell us about one of your favorite craft beer Instagram accounts.
Over the years I’ve been inspired by so many amazing beer accounts, and have become friends with many of them. I could never choose just one favorite, however, since I also drink cocktails, I thoroughly enjoy the hilarious and extremely creative account called @drinkingwithchickens.
Tell us about your favorite drinking buddy.
All Craft Beer drinkers are our drinking buddies if we are open to the idea! I’ve met so many amazing people, and had some great conversations with total strangers! That being said, I love to get a beer with my beer buddy Britnee of @craftgraphics.beer I love when we brainstorm creative ideas for new beer girl products. She challenges me to be better, helps with many of my products, and is a great friend.
