Eel River Brewing was kind enough to send us their Clarity Peach Hard Sparkling Water and a bottle of Humboldt Spiced Rum. They included a recipe for a Spiced Peach Cobbler cocktail recipe. Now, this isn’t CocktailSelfie.com, but damned if their hard sparkling water isn’t the best we’ve ever had, and the cocktail is super tasty!
It really does taste like peach cobbler! This will make the perfect drink for cold nights, while still going down real easy.
